Extensive Involvement

Standard Builders holds a strong belief in giving back to improve the well being of the communities we serve. Through various initiatives, we support community based activities that include industry organization involvement, the ACE Mentor Program of CT, student internships, and sponsorship of charitable events.

As active business partners, we are passionate about supporting our clients in their effort to better the community. From the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Storybook Gala, to Foxwoods Resort Casino’s Drive for Diabetes, Standard Builders regularly supports noteworthy causes throughout the year.

ACE Mentoring Program

The ACE Mentor Program's mission is to enlighten and increase the awareness of high school students for career opportunities in architecture, construction, engineering and related areas of the design and construction industry through mentoring and to provide scholarship opportunities for students in an inclusive manner reflective of the diverse inner city school population.

Annual Turkey Drive

Standard Builders holds an annual Food and Turkey Drive each year to support Foodshare’s effort in ending hunger throughout the State.

Breast Cancer Awarness Month

Standard Builders proudly supports Breast Cancer Awareness by displaying custom ribbons and stickers on apparel and hard hats during the month of October.
