Delivery Systems

Eighty-five percent of all our projects are delivered through the Construction Manager at Risk delivery system.  However, we are adept at tailoring our project delivery based on our clients' unique needs and requirements- whether it may be Design/Build, Lump Sum GC Bid or alternative CM or D/B methods.  Standard Builders' roots are in General Contracting and therefore have a strong understanding of what it takes to get projects built from a constructability and quality control perspective. In addition, Our ability to self-perform rough carpentry and labor provides enhanced cost and schedule control.
